It is not social media management. It is not paid ads. It is not a guaranteed #1 ranking, and anyone who promises you one is over-selling their service. It is not a locked-in contract: cancel the Engine anytime at the end of your paid monthly period and take your site with you.
What it is: the website, the search presence, and the reporting of a small agency, run by one person who answers the phone, using modern design and development tools, with Alex responsible for the finished work.

Day 28: the baseline
What is indexed, which queries you already appear for, and what the profile did in the first month: views, calls, direction requests, website clicks. Then the first change, shipped and named.
Day 60: the second read
The same numbers beside day 28. Which queries moved, which pages started earning impressions, and which change did the work. We record what changed and review the results without assuming every change in traffic has a single cause.
Day 90: the honest review
What moved, what did not, and why. The next quarter's plan, and the call on whether this is still worth your money. If something is not working, that is the meeting where you hear it.

What does the 7-day launch guarantee cover?
Live within 7 calendar days of payment, subject to documented customer-delay pauses. If we miss the deadline, choose a $300 refund with no site delivered or agree a new delivery date in writing. The guarantee covers the agreed standard site of up to three pages. We collect required content and access before checkout; customer-caused pauses are documented in writing. Is the $300 launch fee refundable?
If we miss the applicable guaranteed deadline, you may choose a full $300 refund and end the build with no site delivered, or agree to a new delivery date in writing. The separate 7-day refund window lets you request a full $300 launch-fee refund within seven calendar days of payment, regardless of launch status. Email alex@arjlabs.com to request it. The Engine never starts for an unlaunched site.
Can I cancel the $299/month Engine anytime?
Yes. There is no minimum term, extra notice period or cancellation fee. Email alex@arjlabs.com at any time. Service continues until the end of the paid monthly period and does not renew. Partially used months are not prorated except where required by law. You keep your delivered site files, content and domain. We coordinate handover under the cancellation terms. Cancel before launch and the Engine never starts.
Can you set my website up to be found by AI?
Yes. I build the site so search engines and AI assistants can access and understand your business information. That includes clear service and location information, accessible pages and properly organized business details. The setup is part of the work. Whether a particular assistant includes or recommends your business is outside my control.
Can you guarantee I will rank #1?
No. Search rankings and AI recommendations are decided by the platforms. What we do: measured improvements on a 28/60/90-day cycle with a report every month, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
I already have a website. Can you rebuild it?
Yes. We can rebuild your existing site, keep your domain and plan redirects for changed URLs. We work to protect existing search visibility, but rankings can change and are not guaranteed.
