Alex Jefferson builds companies — and lab systems — that have to work on Tuesday morning.
I’m Alex — also Xander — based on the New Hampshire Seacoast (Dover / Portsmouth orbit). I studied Tourism Planning & Development at UNH, worked in software and customer-facing roles, then built what became Port City Stays, a Seacoast short-term rental management company.
I also run mountain-property branding through Double Diamond Stays, hold personal real-estate interests, and spend a serious amount of time on AI systems for operators — agents, second brains, and automation that survive contact with real calendars and real guests.
